An increasing number of migrants and refugees are in need of help on the Poland-Belarus border. Even with a border wall equipped with motion sensors and cameras – more migrants have attempted to cross this year. Warsaw accuses Minsk of encouraging illegal border crossings to 'destabilise’ the country.
