A new United Nations report shows greenhouse gas emissions reached a record high last year. Poland has agreed to hit the 2050 carbon neutral target agreed to with the European Union. But it still generates 70 percent of its electricity by burning coal and lignite. Al Jazeera’s Nick Clark reports.
